Learn what it was like for a Mom as she reflects on her choice to do a family intensive with Altitude.

What a fantastic opportunity and privilege it was for me to sit down with a mom who participated in a family intensive with us. During our conversation, we explored her experiences and our dynamic as therapist and client. Kathy reflects on her family's journey through their challenges and how she and her husband found our 4-day family intensive the intervention they all needed to get things back on course.

Despite months of research, interviews, and even a scholarship offer, they decided against wilderness therapy. Instead, they opted for a tailored family intensive that fostered togetherness, growth, and meaningful change. She candidly shares, only the way a parent who's deep in it can, her and her husband's insights from the transformative experience together where their eyes were opened to how they were contributing to the challenges and what they can do to lead again.

Thanks to Beth Hillman, our podcast host, we had the chance to discuss her choice of a family intensive over wilderness treatment for her child. We shared insights from our four day family intensive together and the impact it had on their family and…on me.

Take the time, today, give it a listen. I think you'll find it both informative and inspiring!
